2012 November

Women’s Business Weekend

Female entrepreneurs will converge to share knowledge, expertise and connection on Nov. 10th and 11th, 2012 to kick start both their businesses and their lives!

For two days next weekend, women entrepreneurs will get to learn, dream, network, and explore a variety of resources Asheville has to offer women leading the local business community.

Presenters include  Kitty Love of the Asheville Area ArtsCouncil, Jessica Tomasin of Echo Mountain Recording Studios, Yoko Morris from HandMade in America, and many more.  What a lineup of local wonder women!

I’ll be giving a presentation on the importance of building a strong brand presence. I’ll be covering positioning,  goals, and strategy for building a strong brand identity for small businesses.I’m really excited to talk about the importance of brand design for Asheville small businesses and how we can all create a unique voice with the help of thoughtful design. This should be a pretty interactive conference and I’m looking forward to engaging with the audience and helping local entrepreneurs with questions about their specific needs.

Tickets and full break down of presenters available on the Women’s Business Weekend website.
